Company agrees to provide services as according to the description in our scope of work section. Customer makes recognition that while scope of work provides a general description of the activities to be taken on by the project installation team, there will be a high degree of variation in the exact activities the team takes on in order to successfully create/install projects to the standards agreed upon with the customer.
Customer agrees to pay Company the agreed-upon sum for the Services, as specified in the estimate or invoice provided by Company. Payment due as per estimate schedule. Multiple payment methods available: PayPal, Venmo, major credit cards (3.5% fee), or ACH Bank transfer/Check/Cash to avoid fee.

Payments will be made as outlined above plus 6.625 % tax sale.
While we strive for excellence in every project, we acknowledge that unforeseen issues may arise. We, Total Maintenance Pro, warrant the drainage work at the above client address free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from completion. Customer Responsibility: We expect our customers to promptly notify us of any issues within the first 3 months of installation.
Terms:
Scope: Includes water management systems like exterior French drains and waterproofing membranes.
Water Intrusion: We aim to minimize water entry but cannot guarantee complete prevention due to various factors.
Hydrostatic Pressure: Our solutions control pressure to manage water intrusion.
Combined Solutions: We may use a mix of techniques for effective results.
Company represents that it is duly licensed and fully insured to perform landscaping services in the state of New Jersey and will maintain all necessary licenses throughout the duration of this Agreement. Company shall carry and maintain appropriate general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. If the homeowner or management (HOA, administration, etc.) desires Company can gladly prepare a Certificate of Insurance to extend liability to the interested party while work is being performed. By being fully insured we ensure that you are protected from liabilities while we work on your property.
Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the Services. The Company can assist Customer in obtaining such permits if necessary, but any associated costs or fees shall be the responsibility of the Customer. Company will take on the initiative of checking in on project procedures to be acceptable according to the Customer’s township’s preferences, as well as informing Customer of any modifications, necessary testing, or necessary permit preparation in anticipation of project township approval. At all points the Company will work to abide by the township’s particular requirements and guidelines of procedure.
WARRANTIES
Company warrants that all Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any defects or deficiencies in the workmanship shall be promptly corrected by the Company at no additional cost to the Customer. This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the completion date of the Services for new planting, walkway, and patios. When applicable, Warranties on any plant material will only be provided as long as the customer has previously agreed to the installation of a temporary battery operated irrigation system OR has a working existing irrigation system that will water the new plants. Watering is crucial to the survival of any plant material and we can not guarantee regular watering will occur without the agreed upon installation of one of these simple systems.
