Marvin and his team did an excellent job in my backyard. They planted several green giant trees, spread mulch, and made our yard look very nice. Marvin provided great advice on watering and maintenance. I was very impressed when Marvin followed up with a phone call after the work was done to check on the health of the trees. I would definitely use this Total Maintenance Pro again.
For years I was having issues with water flowing into the basement on heavy rain days. It was a nightmare to deal with. The last straw was during July when it rained during the middle of July and Plainfield was impacted with the storm. I found Marvin’s company online since they deal with drainage issues. I wanted to try to resolve the issues from external instead going through an interior French drain solution, which would involve tearing the wall and floor down. Marvin’s team installed the downspout extensions, a drain system, a water well and repaired the side of my house that had cracks in the foundation. From the outside I was covered, but I still experience rain issues coming into the basement. Marvin, wanted to take down the wall and said he would have it put back up. He wanted to also work on repairing the wall from the inside. He worked with me to try to solve the issue. His team was able to seal up the wall from the inside with their material. The wall was also restored back to the way it was. They did an amazing job with that. So far on hard rainy days since the repair, I have not experienced any water intrusion in the basement. I’m still keeping an eye out for heavy rain days, but so far his team did a excellent job with everything. I do recommend him for drainage solutions. I will continue to provide an update after the next heavy rain days, but so far it’s been great. Marvin has been in constant communication with me on checking the status of the basement.
The garden and wall repairs exceeded my expectations! The contractor was professional, skilled, and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. The results have truly transformed the space. I’m very impressed and would wholeheartedly recommend this contractor. Side note: I’d recommend using ChatGPT AI to calculate materials for future projects.
Marvin and his team did a great job on solving a standing water/drainage problem with my house. He diagnosed all the areas around my property that needed work, the solution that each area needed, as well as the severity/urgency of each one. In addition to the agreed upon fixes, he hooked me up with additional drainage solutions, yard grading, and even a stump removal at no additional cost.

Marvin is very knowledgeable about the drainage issues when he came to evaluate our basement flooding problems caused by the past several storms and gave us options to fix the problem.
